Step 1 — Wrap & Secure
Place the wrap around your waist or lower abdomen with the waffle-knit heating panel facing your skin. Fasten the velcro straps snugly for a comfortable, secure fit.
Step 2 — Plug In
Connect the wrap to power using the included controller cable.
Step 3 — Select Your Heat
Press the heat button to cycle through the 10 temperature settings. Start low and adjust up until you find your perfect comfort level.
Step 4 — Set Your Timer
Choose your session length — 0.5h, 1h, 1.5h, or 2h. The wrap will automatically shut off when your timer ends.
Step 5 — Relax & Recover
Sit back, lie down, or carry on with your day while the heat works its magic. 💆♀️
